First of all, I did not hear from them for a long time and was about to reach out to ask before I got the call. The interview itself was easy, since they actively hire many high school kids (which I was at the time). I was offered a job right after I was interviewed. I accepted and we worked through paperwork at the beginning of my first shift that same week.

I was asked my availability and then prompted to take a basic math quiz. It was over and done within ten minutes. It seemed as though the process was very routine to the manager and of little importance. Not to say that the manager does not care about their job, but doesn't believe an interview is the best method to fully understand the potential or value of an individual.
