During the interviewing process, it felt that more time was spent highlighting the accolades of the company than the actual position. This made it difficult to develop somewhat of a clear expectation of what the position entails, what this candidate needs to own, and what the current team dynamics & leadership style is like. When I finally had the opportunity to inquired about some of these topics, the responses I received I felt were very broad.

Extremely unprofessional. Someone reached out to talk to me about the opportunity (I did not apply). I answered back, set up a time for the interview, and waited to be called at the agreed time with no one calling or reaching out to cancel. I reached out asking if we should reschedule twice and no one ever answered back.
