The phone interview was efficient with straight forward questions revolving around the information provided on the resume. The company can perhaps improve on the post phone interview process. The company did not provide any communication or notification of declining next steps.

Easy, met with two property managers and a director. It was very casual, the were mainly concerned about work ethic and ability to handle multiple task at once. They broke down the task I might be asked to take care of and what a typical day would look like even though property management doesn’t really have a typical day
