One phone screening. One in person interview. All questions assessed thought process. They're looking for the right fit and less about experience. Relatively painless and received an offer at the end of our 13 minute interview.

3 rounds, first round screening, second round is zoom and third round is in person, overall, I would say is it kind of difficult at the end due to it being 2 questions each interviewer and there are 4

they did the bait and switch and told me This position has since been filled but a receptionist job is open. Was offered the job, communication was sparce, then weeks went by and nothing came of it.
