I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

I was asked in detail about my financial skills, ability to do budgets etc.

Once I sent in my resume and was called on the phone for the initial interview and Q & A on the phone to see if there was an interest, connection, etc. I went to Dallas and had about 45 minute interview with who would later be my boss. Went into a small conference room. cozy feeling room. Woman was about my age. I was comfortable - as far as interviews go.

1- Tell me about your most previous job experience and what you have been doing since you were employed (there was a gap of over 5 months of unemployment).
2- Tell me some of your retail property management experiences and what you learned? This is when I told her I did not have much retail experience at all.
3 - at the appropriate time I asked why thIs position was available.
Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

Interview
It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
