Personality based rounds- Multiple rounds wherein they only want you to grill on your personality, not focusing more on technical side like the sector etc. Be confident and consistent so you don't miss out on great opportunity

The first round was a digital interview and the second round was a Zoom Interview. The Digital Interview was difficult as the answers had to be completed in exact 1 minute. The Zoom interview was more comfortable and the interviewee was very accommodating even though I was rejected after the second round.
