Interview
Apply online, unless you can get the name of the recruiter or hiring manager. Standard process, phone screen, phone interview, in person interview, compensation negotiations, drug test, background check. Not an overly difficult process. Process may not be the same for all markets or managers
I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

I was asked in detail about my financial skills, ability to do budgets etc.
Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

Interview
It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
