Interview
Normal zoom screening call. Recruiter called me to make sure I had a pulse and could answer basic questions about my experience/what I was looking for. I received a request for second interview but had already accepted another offer.
Interview was through Microsoft teams. The woman who interviewed me was kind and genuine and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me. The interview was about 30 minutes and we discussed basic questions like what do you like to do in your free time.

Pretty easy. Just classic bq questions. The interview is short though. several business days later got a call from hr and got the offer. Can tell good culture from the interview.

Interview
HR phone interview(15m) and Final round screen interview with HR senior manager. The final round interview was only 20mins which was shorter than similar positions at other public accounting companies.
