Interview
Interview went well, however I never heard anything back from the employer. After the interview I was informed I would be notified if I was accepted for the position but this never occurred.
Overall, I had a positive interview experience at CBIZ. Communication from recruiting was clear and scheduling went smoothly. My interview was virtual and consisted of a conversation with members of the tax team. The interview itself felt more conversational rather than intimidating.

I was invited to a phone screen about a month after applying, followed by an interview the next week. The process was quick and smooth. I'm currently waiting to hear back regarding an offer.

Interview
I interviewed for a winter 2025 spring internship in a legacy Marcum office in the fall of 2024. The interview was in person and it consisted of two parts. 1 hour with the tax senior manager and a tax senior, then about another hour with the tax partner. Overall, everyone was easygoing, and they encouraged me to ask questions during the majority of the interview. The few question that they did ask me were based on what was listed on my resume.
