received an e-mail within a week of applying that I was being considered for the next round of interviews. Set up a phone interview which was very positive. Received a call from the hiring manager almost immediately after to set up a shadow/interview.

Interview
It was a swift and timely process. Had a phone screen and was invited for an in-person interview to clinic manager. Was asked quite a few questions about experience with personal training and education. As well as, situational and behavioral questions that are largely related to personal training.

Interview was short, about 15-20 minutes on the phone. They asked a few behavioural questions and then said they would follow up either way but never did. Be prepared to answer questions about salary.
