Brutal. Initial interview with Maranna (Recruiter) was wonderful. After that, I interviewed with Janet (VP Dev) and another person that lasted nearly 2 hours. It was not your run of the mill type of interview - instead, I was asked to dig back into my college experience (well over 20 years ago), and work towards my current job today. There were 2 questions about the position I was applying for, which was a red flag. They seemed to be interviewing for a best friend rather than an employee.
