Interview
The interview was with two people from the department and they went back and forth asking me questions from their printed out list. It was a mixture of technical questions and general working style questions.

Interview
I was invited by HR to interview for this position at a job fair due to my exceedingly on point qualifications for the role due to successfully working in the same role at a much larger Agency. Mind you, this was the second time pursuing this position with them. They passed on me the first time, inexplicably. So when I saw that the role was open again, I applied again. And they invited me to interview, again. Waste of complete time, as they once again passed on me. CATA means incompetence. How they continue to function is beyond me, when it's a bunch of morons running the show. Idiots seem to hire more idiots.

Interview
I had a phone screening first, I then had an in person interview with the Director of Marketing followed by a meet the team and final interview with the Marketing Assistant and 2 others. I thought the interview went great since I had 3 interviews. I drove from an hour and a half since I was relocating to the area for a new job. I expected at least an email or phone call stating I did not get the position. I got nothing. I was told I would hear back after the last interview within 2 business days. I waited a week and called and got no response. It shows what kind of company you are when you don't value the time you're wasting for potential employees. Especially coming from the Marketing department it's rather shocking. Luckily, I found an incredible employer and position, so everything fell into place. Although they should never treat candidates like this.
