I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CASIA
Interview
Resume submission. If you intend to apply for a position of assistant researcher/professor, you must have received a Doctor's degree; If you intend to apply for a position of associate professor, you must have worked as a assistant researcher in this or other institutions of Chinese Academy of Sciences system for at least two years. If you have worked in the organization as a intern for at least half a year during your Ph.D career and gained a nice performance rating, the probability of acceptance will be very high (the ratio >80%).
If your internship application is accepted, the interview process can be significantly simplified. In this case, you only need to make a nice presentation to describe you previous research achievement. You maybe required to do a coding or algorithm test, and the difficulty level is obviously lower than google.
