Interview

Spoke over the phone then in person. Discussed the organization's work and my own interest in the organization and the cause in general. Interview itself did not take long.

This was a great process. The people were friendly and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was part of a team. There were no wrong answers all that mattered was that your were willing to fight for what you believed in no matter what it took.
