I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CARVANA (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
The company takes 6 months in-between each interview process. On the last step the have you do a "one-way video interview", claiming it's less intimidating and you have more time to be yourself. In reality they don't have the available staff or care to take the personal time to actually interview someone. After a 1 hour interview with myself, they never got back to me! Nothing. Save yourself the time, do not apply for this company. If they don't have time to interview you, you can imagine they won't have time for you on the job.

Interview
I applied for the lead position on a Monday and was selected for an interview on Thursday. During the call, I had an excellent conversation with the recruiter. I believe I met and exceeded the job requirements; however, I later received a message stating that I was not selected. It seems to me that they do not place a high value on experience when making hiring decisions.
