Interview process was pretty easy it consists of the initial screen and then one or two more interviews. They will ask the standard questions of how you would apply your experience to certain scenarios and then some about who you are and what you can bring to the team

First interview was over the phone, just telling about the job. The 2nd interview was made via Zoom and it was like any standard interview. Overall it was an enjoyable process

They asked questions about why you'd be a good fit for the company, what your strengths and weaknesses are, etc.
The interview was fairly quick and easy. Excellent communication skills and I did not feel lost at any time. Job title and description was described perfectly, I knew exactly what I was getting into with Carvana and I love my job.
