The interview process was seamless. The senior manager was very professional and relaxed which took the edge off. They give a detailed overview of the company. They are quick to provide feedback.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CARVANA (Tempe, AZ) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was incredibly lengthy, and the salary did not match the scope of work. A month and two weeks and meeting with six individuals. The candidate journey was not very smooth.

VP reached out on LinkedIn and scheduled a call with him.
I then had a formal phone screen with a TA member.
From there I had a video interview with the hiring manager then fully ghosted without any rejection.

Interview
I applied for the lead position on a Monday and was selected for an interview on Thursday. During the call, I had an excellent conversation with the recruiter. I believe I met and exceeded the job requirements; however, I later received a message stating that I was not selected. It seems to me that they do not place a high value on experience when making hiring decisions.
