I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CAR Research (Houston, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online, went in and they requested I fill out another on paper application along with a hard copy of my resume. The background check in this packet required both my driver's license and SSN before even starting the interview.
After wards I go into a conference room with two men, I assumed they were manager type. They introduced themselves but didn't really say what they did there. They then asked me to start, which was odd since I didn't know what they expected me to say. After about twenty minutes we ended. It was more of a web position, but my background isn't strong in it. I think once I made that clear that they weren't really interested.

Interview
The interview went great. I was well qualified for the position and had the years experience in the areas they were needing. I came in and completed a paper application and was asked to take a personality test. After the test I was taken back to the front reception area where the interviewer came to meet me soon after. The interview was at her office.
