Interview
Initial phone screening with the recruiter from Camris, then a one hour Skype panel interview with each of the program teams at USAID to which I was applying. Interviews were very formal and only consisted of scenario/behavior questions. Did not discuss my qualifications or fit for the position. After each interview, the recruiter said she would follow up about next steps. Never heard back from the recruiter or either program teams, even after multiple follow-up emails. Overall, a very disappointing process.

3 Person Panel interview. Each person had their own set of questions. (Behavioral questions - conflict and situational questions)
I applied online last year winter and received the interview in December. They said that they would follow up after New Years and it is MAY and I still have not received anything. I tried to contact them but no luck, their communication is poor.

Interview
Applied online and heard back about 2 weeks later about an interview. I am based abroad so the interview was supposed to occur via Skype. 2 hours before the recruiter emailed me to do a test call. About 15 minutes before the interview the recruiter informed me that the team wanted to do a call instead of a Skype video session. Interview was a panel with three people from the team and the recruiter. Did not ask questions about my experience/qualifications. Asked about foreign language skills although not listed on job posting. At the end of the call said they would get back to me within a week to let me know if I would be progressing to the next stage of hiring. It is now over one month later and I still haven't heard back from the hiring team despite reaching out to the recruiter.
