Building vehicles and removing parts within an hour. Group of people entered room simulator of whatvline work would be with wooden vehicles and we built the vehicles and removed parts
Mostly dexterity and physical along with a apptatude test which went from some math to simple common sense type questions. My test was 27 years + ago. I don't think it as involved now. You will have to simulate building car doors on a line and see how many you can build in allotted time with quality following a process

Interview
Three onsite interviews with human resources and a department representative. Technical questions as well as the usual behavioral ones drawing on situations in your work history and how they were handled. "Tell me about a time..."
