20-minute mock lesson followed by a panel interview. The mock lesson was conducted for about ten CAMBA employees, and I didn't know who was who (as in, who in the room had sway regarding my hiring or not). After the mock lesson, six "students" were excused, and I talked to the four remaining hiring managers. The conversation was really pleasant and the whole thing lasted about two hours.
