I applied online. The process took more than 4 months and 4 interviews. Normally, it's a 3-week process, 2 interviews. I applied for a 10+ years position, at HR interview they told me it's a 5+year position, finally I was rejected because they scaled down the position to a new graduate level salary and my expected salary obviously didn't match that. The interviews were very relax and the interviewers seem very happy with my responses. They promised me a pronto 1-weel feedback. They got back to me after 7 weeks telling me due to scaled-down position they can't match my salary expectations and therefore I'm rejected.

One interview, technical questions about how to change the design to improve structural properties . Followed by behavioural questions, on how to work under deadlines and working with conflicts. Ended with opportunity to ask questions,
