Interview
Interview process is not too intimidating if you have done your research and are at least some what knowledgeable about the field. Depending on what position you apply for, they will ask you questions to gauge your capabilities to contribute to the organization outside of your job title. My advice would be to be honest and answer the questions completely. It maybe helpful to connect with staff via LinkedIn to learn more about a particular position you are applying for.

Are you familiar with the Strategic Prevention Framework?
Multi step process. First two phone interviews were conducted which then were followed by in person panel interview at the office. Last interview was a brief interview by the CEO.

Interview
Brace yourself for 5 interviews with people who wont know what you do, and may not even ask relevant questions. They think 12 interviews make them look better. You will interview with everyone, most wont be rooting for you, and it will show. They will ask questions dripping with condescension. If you arent well educated with a resepcted degree expect to have to prove yourself. And if you are expect people to hate you for it and still sneer questions your way with resentment for their own fruitless careers
