I applied to this position online, and heard back with an offer to interview approximately 2 weeks later. The first interview was with an administrative person in person, and the second interview was over the phone with the same person and their government lead for the job I was applying to.

Very Moderate. They mainly asked me about my project work, how I work in my team, my responsibilities. They also mentioned about their program which was quite interesting and unique
