Interview
The hiring process began with submitting instructions(about a page in length) as to how to back your car out of the driveway. I assume they do this so that they can see whether you can string a couple of sentences and paragraphs together. After that it's just the typical call to schedule an in-person hiring.

Interview
Straight to the point virtual interview followed by receiving a prompt to submitted a timed written case review. Although interview experience can vary based upon hiring process or if you received a referral.
It was done online and at the time, the interviewer was ultimately going to be my direct supervisor. Mine lasted a little over an hour and I remember the interviewer being very attentive to my responses (and would ask followup questions).

Very common interview questions that you experience with other jobs. It wasn’t stressful, and it was with a writing sample. The writing sample was timed and a little stressful, but not difficult.
