Lots of take homework, a mix of behavioral and analytical questions during the interview. Had to defend the take home work during the next interview. Got the sense that the most important thing was clear presentation
Phone screen with with solutions leader Written case study 2 more interviews with team members Questions all surrounded scoping federal problems to AI solutions. Required to defend your written case study in later interviews

Interview
A solutions leader messaged me on LinkedIn encouraging me to apply for the associate solutions leader role.
I responded and shared my resume at their request. I then had a member of their HR team email me requesting my availability for an initial interview.
After immediately replying with my availability, I never heard back. I followed up with the individual on linkedin and the HR person via email. Neither replied.
C3 proactively reached out to me and then seemingly ghosted me before the interview. Highly unprofessional - would never work for a company like this.
