Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews; one phone screen with an HR, the next with the center director, and the final with the district head, which was supposed to be the last step. They spoke in an affirming manner and asked me to look out for communication by the end of the following week, but I never heard back. I followed up with HR a week later, but she claimed that she had not been updated about the process either.

Interview
The interview process includes a pre-interview screening via email, 1st in person interview with site manager, 2nd zoom interview with area director.if you make it through all 3 rounds of interviews, an offer will be made and a back ground check must be completed.
I had a phone screener with a recruiter, interview with site director, and an interview with regional manager. The screener was approximately 15 minutes long. The 2 interviews were on-site and one-on-one.

One of the questions they asked me was how I build relationships with students and how I do I support them academically,
Very brief, mostly asked about availability and familiarity with Excel. Asked whether I had experience working with kids, if I was comfortable making cold calls. However I had to go through three rounds of interview and the position was part time.
