I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at C2 Education in Apr 2015
Interview
Traditional Q&A interview. The manager of the area knew I worked for a competitor and spent much of the time picking my brain about how my employer managed to forge relationships with local libraries - this would have been a great question if I'd been involved in business development, but I was a teacher trying to move into a management position.
Area manager was unhappy that I wouldn't leave my college teaching job mid-semester to work the center hours immediately.
Never heard from them after the interview.
Positive Overall experience, learned a lot and did some research before hand as well. Would recommend the same for anyone interviewing for this position. This job has mixed reviews but I think any job is what you make it.

Question 1
If you have a customer who is upset about their overall experience how would you handle that?
I applied online. I interviewed at C2 Education (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a 3-step process that was clearly articulated. First was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the District and Area Managers, then a final interview with the Regional Vice President.

Question 1
How would you leverage your skills in an educational setting, understanding that there is a heavy sales component?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at C2 Education (Cerritos, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
I got to the very last round of the interview and the HR said she would get back to me whether or not I'm their final selection. However, I've never heard back from them ever since. I can take rejection letters no problem but "no updates" after all the promises is just not professional.
