I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson in Oct 2013
Interview
1st interview was a phone with their HR department at their head office in Minnesota. Standard screening questions to determine level of interest, work history, qualifications etc… They were mostly situational questions to assess what you did in a certain situation and how you dealt/resolved it. (Eg. a situation where it was difficult to work with co-workers, you or your team missed a major deadline, you exceeded customer expectations…)
2nd interview was at the local branch with the managers, my interview was broken up into 2 interviews because the GM wasn't' there for the fist interview, but overall it was fairly relaxed and easy going.

Question 1
There weren't any overly difficult questions, standard questions that you can prep with by searching Google interview questions.
recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
