Very casual and friendly. I enjoyed getting to meet with both a manager and general manager right off the bat. The turnaround time between interviewing and hiring was very timely.
One interview with store manager, scheduled during store hours. The interview was conducted in the back room and lasted approximately twenty minutes. I was offered a job at the end of the interview.

Easy, pretty straight forward, focus on personality and confidence. They will call you first and then if they like the phone screening they will bring you in for 1:1 interview. About a week, they call you to let you know you get the job
