1) Recruiter call = for screening with an HR intern, asking about other job applications, basic motivation, 15 mins
2) Regional HR call = behavioral interview, 45 mins
3) Local HRBP call = behavioral interview, 45 mins
4) Business call/User = with manager of a division you're gonna be rotated to, more about business cases but not exactly case studies, knowledge about the business and industry will be tested, 45 mins
5) Case study = with a leader, n+1 of a manager, market sizing cases, 45 mins
6) Leader Interview = with a leader of the same level, or maybe n+1 from previous round, conversational & casual, business knowledge will be tested
