Call with HR Zoom Call with Hiring Manager Call with Co-Founder References - this was very frustrating as they asked for my references urgently and so I reached out to important people in my life and used that valuable resource because they made it seem like I was about to get a job offer and then they NEVER EVEN CONTACTED MY REFERENCES! If they knew they liked the other person they offered the job to that much more than me then they should not have asked me to waste my resources by providing my references. This was incredibly frustrating.
