Worst company. Completed 2 technical rounds of interview, 1 managerial round and when I called back for feedback they told me that your feedback is positive but manager is still expecting more skills so we can offer but not more than 9 lpa. I was having offer of 12 lpa already. If this was case then why they conducted 3 round of interviews. Don't attend the interviews. After every interview u only need to follow up. They will not call u

whatsoever, it is the standard process in the industry to evaluate the candidate skill sets and assess requirement-fit through technical interviews. If candidate is found to be strong match to requirements after interviews then meeting initial CTC expectations of the candidate is never an issue. However, if there are gaps in meeting requirements then the candidature may get rejected.
