Ghosted after the one on one interview. They seemed interested in moving me forward, but when I emailed for a follow-up on the status, no response. Seemed like a lengthy interview process (7 steps) for only $45K which is well below the market rate for a Customer/Client Success positions.
Interview with first person and then manager. Questions about previous experience and general communications questions. They said that the role was immediate and then they don't get back to you...
Two interviews before landing the position. One with the hiring coordinator and the second was with the Team lead. Both interviews were very calm and easy. As long as you remain calm and prepare for the interview by looking into what the role entails, you should be fine.
