We are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. It’s super important to us that candidates enjoy the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome and clearly this wasn't the case for you.
This was the first time that we held an assessment day-style interview for Customer Love roles and we have definitely learned a lot from the process. We plan to make improvements and adjustments based on the feedback received if we ever decide to do this again in the future.
