The interview process was outlined as consisting of four rounds, and the questions asked were relevant and aligned well with the role. My second interview was rescheduled with short notice, not a big deal, I used the extra time to further prepare myself for the interview. After completing the second round interview that was re-scheduled, I received an encouraging email from the recruiter congratulating me on advancing to the third round of interviews with the Controller. They requested my availability, which I provided within a few hours of receiving their email. I did not receive their confirmation of the next interview for the remainder of the day or the following day. I decided to follow up with the recruiter after a day without response, later that day I was informed that the company had a shift in their process and they would be taking a different direction with the role. As a result, the third interview did not take place. I proceeded to thank them for their time and let them know I understand priorities can change, I also asked if they would be willing to provide any constructive feedback for me as I continue my job search. While I did not receive feedback after the process concluded, I would have welcomed it as I continue my job search. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to interview and learn more about the company, and I understand priorities can shift, and I still think this company has a really useful product that will stand the test of time within the market.
