A Zoom Panel interview (45ish min) followed by an in-person Panel interview of the same length. They give you the questions in chat/on paper, which was very helpful!
I did find the questions between both interviews a tiny bit redundant in that they asked similar things, making it a bit harder to give non repetitive answers. They make a big deal about calling you with whether or not you make it to the next stage, and I was almost spammed with calls one afternoon with no voicemail, which made it hard to follow up with them since I had no idea what they were going to tell me. In the end, after a final selection round they did not call or even email with a "thanks for your time" rejection. I think the intentions were good but the execution fell flat. Standardized email communication would be a better use of both the interviewee and the interviewer's or HR's time.
