Applications are rated so they can come up with who gets and interview. The interviews happen when they schedule them; they don't work around your schedule. They said it was a screening, so I prepared for general questions and expected only two administrators to be there. Instead, they had six people there. The also had the head of the music department asking detailed music questions.
