I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Business Evolutions (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2015
Interview
They contacted me first. Initial phone interview the first time they contacted me, mostly just getting to know me. After the phone interview they invited me to come in and meet with someone in person. This part was very easy also. For the third interview I met with another employee for about an hour. This part seemed like he was trying to sell me on the position. They wanted to schedule another and final meeting but I declined the offer because I was not interested in the position, since it is basically door-to-door sales, although they try to make it seem like it is not.

Interview
I applied online through Linked In and was called within a few days by a young lady for a phone screening. I applied for part time so I am waiting to hear back about any part time positions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I only had the phone screening so far. They asked about my availability, what I was looking for at my next job and told me about what they wanted in someone to fill the job.

Interview
It seems really professional until you realize that you are actually applying to be a door-to-door salesman for a third-party company (AT&T in this case). They ask you to dress professionally and bring a copy of your resume every time, but it didn't seem to matter and none of the interview questions really applied to my previous experience. I think I could have had experience in any field, and it wouldn't have been relevant. I made it all the way to the third interview round, and didn't bother to continue after reading a negative review about this position on Glassdoor.
