Executives are very nice to work with, they’re very patient, and very friendly. The interview process can be intimidating, as others have commented before. It can take a while to have your job start depending on the time of year.

Before the interview Your assigned a test on your accounting skills and payroll knowledge. Then you meet with the owners and discuss your test results and talk about how long you plan to work there due to it being high turnover the past few years
