The process is very long and selective at Bush Brothers. They only screen candidates through their recruiter pool. 95% do not make it through to a hire. Depending on the position, you will be interviewed by 10-20+ different people. If you make it to the final round, you will be evaluated by a psychologist and will be required to take reasoning and IQ testing.
