Interview
Initial interview was standard, talk about previous experience and why you wanted to work with the company. However, despite being congratulated on a good interview and encouraged to reach out after, I was ghosted even with multiple follow-up attempts. Given that many of the postings on their career page have been up for close to, if not a full year, I'd be surprised if they're actually hiring.

Interview
Recruiter reached out, I crammed 6 hours of calls and an onsite into a week short notice. They couldn’t match my current salary but product was interesting so I gave them a chance. Interview consisted of getting talked at and gotcha questions. A lot of unstaffed spaces and unhappy faces on the tour. The team was consistently bothered by my not coming from aerospace despite their recruiter reaching out to me, and having experience relevant to the product itself. Day after onsite the recruiter reached out to schedule a call for the next steps then just never called, the lack of professionalism is impressive really.
