Interview
There was a group interview consisting of three people. We had to draw three pictures that described ourselves, assemble lego together, and come up with resolutions to scenarios as a group. After that, they called us in one by one to let us know if we got the job or not.

The process involved someone from lower middle management asking me questions about the kinds of things that I wrote down on the application form. There was a question about how much I could lift.

Question 1
The interviewer, who was wearing a suit, asked a question about my education. "Where," he asked, "did you go to high school?", It seemed like a relevant question, as I had just told him I had graduated. From high school, I mean.
The interviewer asked me about my past experience with customer service. Up until then I had only worked retail, so I had a lot of customer service experience. I knew I didn't know what I wanted to do, but I knew I didn't want to work retail.
