They ask about experience, availability, etc the normal things. They also asked about me personally, my interests goals strengths and weaknesses and what i was looking for in a job...they seemed genuinely interested in who I am in addition to my experience. They explained the culture of the company.

Applied via Indeed w my Indeed resume (before my location opened), they called within two hours of my applying. I interviewed the next day with the service manager brought down with the company from Ohio. Had a decent thoughtful interview and was hired on the spot.
