The interview process with Burns & McDonnell was very impersonal. I had email correspondence with them, then was asked to do a one way recorded interview. After having issues with the UI, I submitted my interview, and then proceeded to never receive a response from the company. I have applied to similar positions with Burns & McDonnell in different locations and never received responses, which I assume are automated.

I connected with a recruiter on Indeed. The recruiter was from Brooksource. It started with Direct Message on Indeed, following up with a call and scheduling an interview. My interview was only with the recruiter, that had basic questions about my resume and the job role. After a week next round was with the project managers from Burns & Mcdonnel
