I have interviewed twice with BurnAlong over the past two years for sales positions. Both times I was lead to believe I was the ideal candidate. After multiple rounds, was completely ghosted by the company. Wellness is a small circle the least you can do is send an email out to candidates, especially if you’re leading them on for weeks.

Basic questions and then strange off the wall questions from the executives. They’re more interested in quizzing you then getting to know you or hear about your experience.
Online interview you could record yourself that had multiple interviewees. Could stop and start when you wantedup to two times. It was harder than I thought it was going to be.
