Interview
You text and they ask questions. Then they say they want to do an in person interview. Then you have to wait for a background check. Once they approved your background they set up an orientation that is 5-6 hours long.

Do you have experience in the position you applied for.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
