Interview
It was a really short phone interview (around 10-15 minutes) just asking about availability and skills I possessed that were relevant to the job. Low pressure and not stressful at all. Was done over the phone b/c of COVID I presume.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
