Interview
The interview process is very unorganized and a complete waste of time. Management doesn’t listen and asks questions over and over. They expect open availability for low pay and get mad if you can’t give that to them. The security guard at the door was rude and followed you right to the cashiers. Already broken and it’s a new store.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
