Interview
It was back in 2018. So first, I got a screening call and got a date for an interview. On the day of the interview, there were two nurses welcomed me and sat with them to commence the interview.

- It was a set of situation-based questions.
1) if you forget to administer medication, what would you do?
2) if you administered a double dose of medication, what would you do?
3) Side effect of Warfarin

Had a interview with general manager and clinical manager
They were supportive during the interview, they try to help when I was stuck or did not understand the question.

What will you do if your colleague is not a team player?
The interview was conducted through the video interview. There were questions about responsibilities of Nurse including critical decision making, education, intervention, infection control, health promotion, collaborative care, teamwork, integrity, advocacy, and supervising.
